2. Purchase must be made between 13th March 2024 and 18th April 2024 while stock lasts. Request must be claimed by Midnight 17th May 2024.

This form must be filled out completely and correctly and a copy of the store sales receipt attached.
Incomplete forms or forms not filled out correctly will be denied the offer.

The Roland FANTOM 6/7/8 cashback offer is only valid for purchases which are paid in full. This includes Layby and Payment Plan purchases. Your request must be submitted before the Midnight 17th of May 2024.

Limit of one Roland FANTOM 6/7/8 cashback offer with each FANTOM 6, FANTOM 7 or FANTOM 8 for each customer, person, receipt, household, family or address. Cashback will be paid via EFT bank deposit.
Requests with invalid bank details will be denied.
